Every SkyPlug parcel ships with tracking, free of charge.
Find your tracking number
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or email us at support@getskyplug.com with your order number.
When tracking starts to update
A new tracking number can take 2 to 5 days to show its first update, while the parcel is handed to the carrier and leaves China. After that it updates as it moves. Near the end, your local postal service takes over, and the number usually stays the same.
Tracking not moving?
Parcels sometimes go quiet while they clear customs. If tracking shows no change for 10 days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you do not have it, email us with your order number. We check with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a new one or refund you.
Delivery times
EU orders usually arrive 7 to 12 days after dispatch, Switzerland and Australia usually 10 to 20 days. More in our Shipping Policy.
