1. Who we are

SkyPlug is a store operated by:

"We", "us" and "SkyPlug" in these terms mean this company.

2. Ordering

Choose a pack, add it to your cart and complete checkout. Before you pay, you can check and correct everything you entered. When you place the order, you make an offer to buy.

The contract is made when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order, for example when an item is no longer available or a price on the site is clearly wrong. If we do, we refund anything you paid straight away.

Contracts are made in English. We keep a record of your order and email you its details.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros (EUR). For delivery within the EU they include VAT. Shipping is free. For delivery outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs fees of your country are not included and may be charged on delivery (see Shipping Policy).

4. Payment

You pay in full at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay (processed by Shopify Payments) or by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Physical items ship from our supplier's warehouse in China to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping Policy. The goods become yours and are at your risk once they are delivered to you. Digital items (the Night Sky Guide and the digital gifts) are delivered as a download.

6. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by sending us a clear statement by email. You pay the cost of sending the goods back. The digital Night Sky Guide can be withdrawn within 14 days like the other items, unless at checkout you expressly asked for immediate access and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal; we confirm that by email. 7. Legal guarantee

By law, the goods must match their description and work as described when you receive them. If a defect appears within 2 years of delivery, you have the rights given by the law of your country and by EU law, including repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. This legal guarantee is your right as a consumer, not an extra offered by us.

To make a claim, email us at support@getskyplug.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We handle most claims by sending a replacement or refunding you without asking for the item back.

8. Use and liability

The SkyPlug runs on 5 V USB power. Use it as described in the instructions, keep it dry and do not look straight into the lens from close up.

We are not liable for damage caused by use against the instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, for example for injury caused by our negligence or for defective products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, email us first at support@getskyplug.com. Most problems are solved within a few days.

If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), which handles out-of-court consumer disputes: adr.coi.cz. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can also help. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) also supervises our compliance with consumer law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
