Who is responsible

The data controller for this store is PIXEL Inovation, s.r.o., Husova 1622/10, 586 01 Jihlava, Czech Republic, Company ID 05582326. For anything about your data, email support@getskyplug.com.

What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number if you give it, items ordered and order history.
• Payment details: handled by the payment provider. We see only the payment method type, the last digits of your card and the payment status.
• Messages: what you write to us by email, including any photos you send.
• Website visits: anonymous page statistics, such as which pages are viewed and the type of device. These cannot identify you.

Where it comes from

You give us most of it directly when you order or email us. Payment status comes from Shopify Payments or PayPal. Delivery status comes from the carrier.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, including returns and claims (to perform our contract with you).
• To keep accounting and tax records (a legal obligation).
• To answer your questions (our legitimate interest in helping you).
• To understand which pages work, using anonymous statistics (our legitimate interest in improving the store).

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services we need to run the store:

• Shopify runs our checkout and stores orders.
• Shopify Payments and PayPal process payments.
• Our supplier on AliExpress receives your name, delivery address and phone number so it can ship your parcel, plus the carriers that deliver it.
• Google (Gmail) and Resend carry our emails to and from you.
• Cloudflare routes the emails sent to our support address (email routing).
• Lovable hosts our website.
• Umami Software provides our cookieless website statistics. It may process your IP address briefly to do so.
• Our accountant and public authorities, when the law requires it.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Shopify

Our store and checkout are hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes your order data on our behalf and keeps it secure. You can read how Shopify handles data in the Shopify Privacy Policy.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our website statistics come from Umami, which works without cookies and does not build personal profiles. Our cart uses only the browser storage it needs to work. Shopify checkout may set cookies that are necessary for checkout to work; see Shopify's cookie notice.

Your rights under the GDPR

You can ask us at any time to:

• show you the data we hold about you and give you a copy,
• correct data that is wrong,
• delete your data, unless we must keep it by law,
• limit how we use it, or object to use based on our legitimate interest,
• send your data to you or to another company in a common format.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 727/27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, uoou.gov.cz, or to the data protection authority in your own country.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the EU, mainly in the United States (Shopify, PayPal, Google, Resend, Cloudflare, Lovable, Umami Software). These transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCC). Your name and address go to our supplier in China because that is needed to deliver your order.

How long we keep it

• Order and invoice records: 10 years, as Czech tax law requires.
• Emails with you: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless tied to an order.
• Anonymous website statistics: kept in aggregate, with nothing that identifies you.
