A different sky every night.

Slide in another disc and the ceiling changes in a second. These four are frames from the seller's video.

Before SkyPlug

Laser dots, fading stickers, a drilled roof. The old way was a mess.

Three ways people tried to put stars on a ceiling. None of them gave a real sky.

  • Render of a student on her dorm loft bed with a laptop, squinting and holding her forehead while a laser projector on the desk below covers the walls, ceiling and bed in red and green dots.Old way
Laser dots everywhereRed and green dots on every wall, and on you. Nothing that looks like a sky.
  • Render of a young man in a dorm room looking up, unimpressed, at faded yellow plastic glow stars on the ceiling, two fallen on his desk.Old way
Glow stickersThe glow fades soon after lights out. Then the corners peel off.
  • Render of a car in a workshop with the roof lining pulled down, loose fibre optic strands hanging and a mechanic holding a drill.Old way

Our mission

Bring the night sky back.

Light pollution hides the Milky Way from about 60% of Europeans.

SkyPlug puts a piece of it back: on your ceiling, in your car, in your dorm room.

The Milky Way, back on the ceiling.

Why we picked this

We wanted a real sky on the ceiling, not a laser disco or peeling stickers. SkyPlug is the smallest, simplest way we found.
The SkyPlug team
Render of the SkyPlug laid flat next to 24 small sky discs and a folded instruction sheet.

Tonight, look up.
